Guinness World Records certified Jebel Jais Flight as the world's longest zipline in 2018, at 2.8 km. Paris warms up first on the Zipline Tour: seven lines hopping peak to peak close to the cliffs, with a sky bridge bolted to the rock between them.

He meets Giovanni, one of the crew who built the lines while hanging off the mountain and drilling into it, and notices how quiet the range becomes between rides.

Then the big one. Riders hang face-down for roughly two minutes, reaching up to 160 km/h with around 450 metres of air beneath them. Paris comes off it calling Jebel Jais the adventure capital of the UAE.
